Pascal Chevalier
Chairman & Co-founder of UNIFY Group
Pascal previously served as Chairman of Netbooster (Alternext Paris ALNBT), Director of Prosodie in London (now Capgemini), and Chairman of CPI Venture. Today, he is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nyorda (Stockholm Nasdaq NYDR) and Co-Chairman of Network Finance. Pascal holds an MBA from IAE Paris and an Engineering degree from EPITA (Computer Engineering).
Gautier Normand
Chief Executive Officer & Co-founder of UNIFY Group
Gautier was previously CEO of La Tribune. He joined NextRadio TV in 2007 as Special Advisor to the Chairman, working notably on the acquisition of La Tribune from LVMH. He was previously Head of Development at Axel Springer France (2006) and Director of the Media Sector at Deloitte (2001). Today, Gautier is also Chairman of Nyorda. He is a graduate of ISC Paris.
Patrycja Mothon
Associate Director at Grant Alexander Digital and Technology
An expert in recruitment challenges within the digital and tech sectors, Patrycja Mothon was appointed to Unify Group's Board of Directors in November 2023. She joined the Grant Alexander group in 2022 after working as an executive recruiter at Amelix Executive—a recruitment and digital strategy consulting firm—and embarking on an entrepreneurial journey by founding New Elite Recruitment (specialized in middle and top management recruitment for digital, marketing, IT, and data profiles). Patrycja began her career in marketing and digital roles at major corporate groups such as Pandora, Yves Rocher, and Total. She holds a Board Governance certificate from EM Lyon, a Master 2 in Business Strategy & Management (ISCE), and a Master 1 in Corporate Communication (Université Sorbonne Nouvelle).
Laetitia Vuitton
Founding President of En mode culture
Entrepreneur and expert in media and digital sectors, Laetitia Vuitton was appointed to Unify Group's Board of Directors in April 2022 and is a member of the Remuneration Committee. In 2015, she founded En Mode Culture, a TV and digital production company whose primary assets include Culture Pub and Biz Travel. A Venture Partner at Eurazeo since 2010, Laetitia was previously Investment Director (cleantech, media, internet) at Oddo Private Equity, as well as a sell-side financial analyst covering the European media sector at Oddo & Cie. Laetitia graduated from ESC Toulouse and holds credentials from SFAF (French Society of Financial Analysts).
Jérôme Masurel
Founding President of 50 Partners
érôme Masurel heads one of France's leading startup accelerators. He was appointed to Unify Group's Board of Directors in October 2019 and serves on the Remuneration Committee. Jérôme began his career as an analyst for investment funds such as NextStage and Rothschild & Cie (now Keensight) before becoming a partner in the Agregator entrepreneur network and fund. He founded 50 Partners in 2011 with the vision of creating the first expertise fund and high-value-add solution for entrepreneurs.
