UNIFY Group [ALUNI] continues to build a model structured around four activities: informing, training and meeting. Built on recognized expertise in media, lifelong learning, events and marketing technologies, this strategy broadens the Group’s growth drivers, strengthens synergies between its businesses and supports sustainable value creation.
The acquisitions completed in June 2026 represent a major step in the Group’s diversification strategy. On
a pro forma basis, their inclusion over the full first half would represent an increase of more than 10% in revenue. Given their acquisition date, their contribution to the consolidated accounts at 30 June 2026 remains non-significant.
On the consolidated perimeter excluding the acquisitions completed in June 2026, UNIFY Group posted revenue of €252.3 million in the first half of 2026, in a limited change of -1.9% compared with the first half of 2025. International operations continued to increase their contribution, accounting for 37% of consolidated revenue (H1 2025: 36.1%).
The strength of the Group’s business model, combined with tight control of its cost structure, reinforces confidence in the performance of its half-year results.
The first half of 2026 was also marked by two transactions that strengthen the Group’s financial profile over the long term. The signing in June of an agreement relating to the lease of the Bagneux premises enables a significant and lasting reduction in rental costs through the withdrawal of unoccupied space. And the refinancing of all bank debt, completed in April, reflects the renewed confidence of financial partners in UNIFY Group’s strategy and strengthens its means to pursue development.
From information to training, towards a model enhanced by events: UNIFY Group accelerates its diversification
The diversification undertaken by UNIFY Group accelerated during the first half of 2026 and confirms a robust business model, coupled with agility in adapting its cost structure and a strong execution capability, thus pursuing its growth strategy around training and events.
This model is structured around four complementary business segments:
-
Reworld Media informs and brings audiences together through more than 80 media brands, from reference content to conversational environments linked to AI;
-
Ed'Learn trains and supports talents through a network of higher education and professional training, from learning to career change;
-
Event Flow creates events and live experiences where the ecosystems, ideas and opportunities of tomorrow come together;
-
Nyorda Group brings its expertise in digital performance, from affiliation to new conversational environments, with five areas of expertise dedicated to brand performance.
The integration of Ed'Learn (generating nearly €90 million in annual revenue) completed in June, marks a new phase in the Group’s development. It significantly strengthens its presence in the higher education, training and employability markets, broadening its field of expertise around knowledge transmission.
In addition, the planned acquisition of SPAS Organisation (generating nearly €9 million in annual revenue), a leading player in professional and consumer events, would further complete this model by developing a strategic pillar around experiences under the Event Flow banner. Subject to the transaction being definitively completed, this acquisition would offer new opportunities for synergies between media, training and events.
“The transactions undertaken during the first half mark a new stage in UNIFY Group’s trajectory. By strengthening our positions in lifelong learning and events, we are building a Group founded on complementary expertise, capable of generating lasting synergies and creating value over the long term. This growth dynamic enables us to broaden our growth drivers and look to the future with confidence.” — Gautier Normand, Chief Executive Officer.
First-half 2026 revenue — New uses, strengthening value drivers
| €m | 30/06/2026 | 30/06/2025 | Var. (%) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reworld Media, BtoC | 102.9 | 105.7 | -2.7% |
| Reworld Media, BtoB | 149.4 | 151.4 | -1.3% |
| Ed'Learn | - | - | - |
| Event Flow | - | - | - |
| Revenue | 252.3 | 257.1 | -1.9% |
Reworld Media – BtoB: nearly 60% of total revenue
With 85% of its revenue now generated from digital activities and a 10% increase in social media activities, which now represent 14% of digital revenue (compared with 12% a year earlier), the BtoB division continues to transform its business model.
During the half-year, UNIFY Group confirmed its pioneering role in the new uses of generative artificial intelligence applied to media. Its GEO and LLM expertise, developed to support brands in conversational environments, has already reached more than 60 campaigns.
The change in BtoB revenue mainly reflects the temporary impact of the implementation of Reworld Media Italia’s new sales model in the first half of 2026, as well as an advertising market marked by a strong concentration of investment around the Football World Cup in June, one of the most important months of the year, creating a less favorable environment for Reworld Media’s thematic areas.
Reworld Media – BtoC: revenue contraction now limited to -2.7% in H1 2026 versus -7.4% in H1 2025 Representing 41% of consolidated revenue, the BtoC division confirms the robustness of its model in a still constrained market environment. The effectiveness of the pricing and volume management strategy, combined with the continued enrichment of the offering, supports the quality of the business. The division also benefits from the recurring nature of its subscription revenue (48% of its revenue), with average basket per subscription increasing by 1.7% to €5.88 excluding tax.
Changes in the consolidation perimeter and accounting framework
The data published for the first half of 2026 does not include the contribution of the Ed Learn division companies acquired in June 2026, as this is considered non-significant in view of the Group’s consolidated accounts at 30 June 2026
From financial year 2026 onwards, the Group presents its consolidated financial information in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). This change in accounting framework has no impact on the revenue published for the first half of 2026.
Agenda: UNIFY Group’s 2026 half-year results will be published on Wednesday 14 October 2026, after market close.
The financial data presented in this press release is based on the consolidated interim financial statements as of 30 June 2026, which are currently under limited review by the Statutory Auditors.
